The service provides a solution for those organizations, whoever wants to rely on the experiences of the Licensor during the implementation of the EagleEyeOS Professional.
Contents of the service
Planning phase: In the planning phase the Project Definition Plan will be discussed during the kick-off meeting. After, as a part of the definition phase, will be examined the operational environment, the system architecture, then the rules and standards, organizational structure and the electronic document handling. The end result of the planning phase is the jointly approved Project Plan.
Implementation phase: The implementation – with the consideration of the business management continuity - starts by every organizational unit with the settings of the test environment. In the course of this the fine tuning of the EagleEyeOS Professional will be done, the necessary rule system will be created. As a final result this solution will fit in the application, rule, and process structures of the organizational units. After the successful testing the mass installation of the Agents will come in the certain organizational unit.
Training phase: In the training phase trainings will be held for the operators, and for the management, based on the compiled thematic; after these meetings the project will be closed by the handover – final acceptance: passing the documentation and system for the operators.

During the implementation consultation the associates of the Licensor will provide help for the professionals’ of the organization in the planning of the implementation, execution and documentation of EagleEyeOS Professional. The service provides a solution for those organizations, whoever wants to rely on the experiences of the Licensor during the implementation of the EagleEyeOS Professional.
The consultation belonging in the service has no goal for redemption of opportunities, necessities of other types of consultations. Furthermore the consultation has no goal for providing support related to the third party’s solution, product either.
Conditions
The further points understood by on site presence and in necessary case only:
- Network: Providing the required accesses, appropriate authorizations.
- Hardware: Availability of network devices, servers, clients.
- Software: Providing the required accesses to the applications running on the system and to the operational systems.
- Human: Availability, accessibility of the contact persons and professionals from the project and from the operational service side appointed by the Principal.
- Documentation: The necessarily judged documents to supply the task (regulations, orders, operational documents, process descriptions, applications’ documents, other documents).
- Other: Availability of necessary premises (office, chamber), furthermore the availability of the licenses.
Service fee
The fee of the service is customized in every case. The Project Plan contains, which were jointly accepted during the planning phase for both parties, the involvement measure of the necessary resources and the fees calculated from that.
