The service provides a solid technological background, whoever needs an indispensable direct contact with the Licensor. The consultation belonging in the service has no goal for redemption of opportunities, necessities of other types of consultations. Furthermore the consultation has no goal for providing support related to the third party’s solution, product either.

Contents of the service
 
During the personal consultation the associates of the Licensor are personally available for the originator. The consultation held in previously set time, place and topic.
 
During the consultation time the number of the questions and the topics are - for the associate of the Licensor - not limited for the originator.
 
Usage options
 
During the personal consultation the associate of the Licensor able to answer the most complex questions, or perform the tasks related to the system (planning, installation, fine tuning, and disaster recovery). A worksheet will be done about the consultation, which will be sent to all involved parties. The service provides a solid technological background, whoever needs an indispensable direct contact with the Licensor.
 
The consultation belonging in the service has no goal for redemption of opportunities, necessities of other types of consultations. Furthermore the consultation has no goal for providing support related to the third party’s solution, product either.
 
Conditions
 
The personal consultation’s reconciliation is based on man days. One man day is equal with 8 working hours, and every started 8 hours unit counts as 1 man day. The originator has the purchased amount onwards, which can be called after purchasing the service - at any time. Licensor waits for the announcement from the originator about the needs for personal consultation 5 business days in advance of the planned date of it.
 
The further points understood by on site presence and in necessary case only:
  • Network: Providing the required accesses, appropriate authorizations.
  • Hardware: Availability of network devices, servers, clients.
  • Software: Providing the required accesses to the applications running on the system and to the operational systems.
  • Human: Availability, accessibility of the contact persons and professionals from the project and from the operational service side appointed by the Principal.
  • Documentation: The necessarily judged documents to supply the task (regulations, orders, operational documents, process descriptions, applications’ documents, other documents).
  • Other: Availability of necessary premises (office, chamber).
