Services
To help our customers getting the most out from their EagleEyeOS software, we offer the following services.

 Error reporting When a customer finds the operation of his/her EagleEyeOS erroneous we need an error report by sending us an email to the support@eagleeyeos.com address. We will investigate then the received report and will do all actions to make the necessary correction in the coming hotfixes.  Consultation If a user of EagleEyeOS has questions regarding the operation, installation or usage of the software, our engineers are happy to answer them.  Service Level Agreement Some of our customers require high level of availability to provide very short response for their arising problems, especially when EagleEyeOS runs in a highly important area. For them we offer our different SLA services to choose.  Training For our valued customers we offer a one and a half day training session. During the session the attendees can learn the theory of the EagleEyeOS software package, and will gain practical knowledge about the usage and maintenance of their EagleEyeOS. After the completion of the training, an educated IT expert will be able to install, operate, and maintain EagleEyeOS. |
