When a customer finds the operation of his/her EagleEyeOS erroneous we need an error report by sending us an email to the support@eagleeyeos.com address. We will investigate then the received report and will do all actions to make the necessary correction in the coming hotfixes.
Definition of error
Error means whenever some of the modules or the entire EagleEyeOS Professional operates mistakenly or inadequately. The Licensor does not handle as errors the followings: Non-proper or non-professional configuration, usage. Failure of EagleEyeOS product's running environment (network, hardware).

The Licensor provide for reporting of errors for the Users a free of charge option on the following email address:

Handling reporting
The reports are arriving to the e-mail address gets into the specially developed support system, which apply a ticket ID for each and every new report. The Licensor checks each and every report, and then informs the originator about the status of the error. The Licensor after checking the error fixes it, and after testing, publish a hotfix package.
