EagleEyeOS™ Professional is a great help for organizations to manage sensitive information and to provide proper access rights for the users. It supports the completion and the compliance with internal security policies if there is any. The software is prepared to monitor file operations, provide File Lifecycle Tracking (FLT), enable quarantine work, and prevent illegal data access over peripheral ports identifying the person at fault.
New features of EagleEyeOS™ Professional v3.1:
- Advanced Teamwork: By using this option, all participants can be identified, for a given teamwork. By setting Advanced Teamwork function on, a file called Allowed_Users.txt is automatically generated, containing the names of accessed co-workers (team members). Any quarantined folder relating User access right modification automatically overwrites the Allowed_Users.txt file itself, whereas this file is writeable for EagleEyeOS™ Agent only. This option works with exact Quarantine Path only.
- NetBIOS hostname: This option displays recent NetBIOS names of all used computers of EagleEyeOS™ system next to their DNS registered hostnames. By using this option it can be avoided to display false hostnames only in the host list in case of erroneous DNS entry.
- IP address: This option displays recent IP Addresses of all used computers of EagleEyeOS™ system next to their DNS registered hostnames. By using this option it can be avoided to display false hostnames only in the host list in case of erroneous DNS entry.
