easy-to-use and efficient solution.
How does it work?
EagleEyeOS™ Financials generates a protected
area on your agents’ notebooks. Within the
protected area, files can be handled (copied,
moved, printed, etc...) in accordance to the
preset rules. By using EagleEyeOS™ Financials,
protected files cannot be copied out of the
notebook to any kind of external devices (e.g.
CD/DVD, Pendrive, SmartPhone, SD Card, Bluetooth
and Infrared devices, etc.)
The software continously logs all file-related
activities within the protected area. During the
next internet connection of the agent’s
notebook, these logs are automatically
transferred to a preset e-mail address. By
analyzing these logs, the efficiency of the
agent’s work and it’s data handling practices
can be measured.
